You have purchased complete rights to use the articles. You are allowed to add or remove content and put your name to them as the writer.

After you have picked the most appropriate keywords for your web site and your method of sales, you are able to put spread private label articles on your website. By using the optimized keywords in the right places, your rank on the major search engines should start to climb.

Other Things That Can Improve Your Search Engine Rankings

The article directory method coupled with private label articles can increase your ranking in the search engines. This is the method that other people use. Most articles that are submitted to article directories are accepted as long as they are written with some degree of competency by persons who have adhered to the article directories' terms of use. You can give your own private label articles, written under your name along with your resource box, to the article directories as well.

Firstly, this sets up yet another link to your website from the article directories. Each time your website is linked to, your ranking rises just a little bit more. This works especially well if your link contains your keywords, also. Because you are able to setup the resource box as you want to, you are able to make sure that the keywords use are the ones that you want to use.
