In other terms, a page rank results from a "ballot" among all the other pages on the World Wide Web (in other term internet) about how significant a web page is.
A web page's Page Rank is explained recursively and depends on the digit and a search engine's Page Rank metric of all web pages that link to it ("incoming links"). If a web page that is linked by other pages then it receives a high rank for its high rate of linking , but if there is no incoming links to a page of a web site there is no connectivity from this particular page.
