Transparency, Via Web2.0 Social Networks Will Benefit Your Online MLM Business.

These days you see the word “Transparency” in big business in the way that it relates to a companies marketing. It can mean many things, like being upfront when a company is taking a certain approach or how they are utilizing a certain strategy. In this article I am going to share one area of transparency that, more than any other, I believe is the future of all business.

It is when a company or business provides a “behind the scenes” look at its culture, work environment, events, the lives of its employees and more. It’s about doing things that can create a strong BOND.

Lets face it, we area constantly bombarded with marketing today. It comes at you from all directions. With this, TRUST becomes a major issue. How do we trust one company or opportunity over another? Transparency will help solve that problem; at least for those that embrace it. Gone are the days of marketing behind generic campaigns, impersonal advertisements or “wiz-bang” product design. The old label, “customer”, is now a dead one. We are not easily fooled! The future of business today is about creating fans and also FRIENDS.

Around the mid ’90s was when the commercial Web took off. Single men and women operations had a distinct advantage over big companys; they had an easier time building relationships with their prospects and customers. They wrote email newsletters and shared stories of their personal lives. They shared photos of their pets. They talked about lessons they had learnt from their kids. Because of this “better business relationship” their businesses thrived, people were drawn to it. Any wonder! Would you rather give your hard earned money to a cold distant corporation or to someone that at least appears to care enough to take the time to share their story with you?

The more social networking sites on the internet evolve, it’s getting easier and easier to share videos, photos and stories with others. I think it’s only a matter of time before any business or individual is going to be in serious trouble if they are not sharing more like their competitors. There is a way for you to practically guarantee you make more in your business and that is to improve the relationship with your sites visitors or your blog readers. Being more transparent about your business and your own life is one way to do that.

I know people have PRIVACY concerns and it’s definitely something to think about before you start to share anything. I used to have these same issues not that long ago. I have since gotten over them as I know that in order for my business to thrive I have to be more transparent. Personality is becoming more and more of a marketing weapon in a world of over-hyped, boring, out-dated strategies.
