The Best Life Diet plan is a popular lifestyle weight loss plan. It is famous as one of the diet plans endorsed by Oprah Winfrey. Determined followers of this diet plan can expect steady weight loss and improved health over time. It is relatively easy to follow, with only three parts, few limitations, and gradual lifestyle changes that enhance natural weight loss.

The first part of the diet is known as Phase One, and lasts up to a month. During this stage, dieters gradually begin to exercise and change their dietary habits. Dieters are supposed to eat three meals and one snack every day, avoid eating less than two hours before bed, and take vitamins every day. Compared to many other diet programs, the first phase of the Best Life diet plan is more manageable and gives dieters a higher chance at achieving success with this plan.

Phase Two of the diet plan lasts about four weeks or longer, depending on how well your diet is proceeding. During this stage, dieters continue pursuing a healthy approach to dieting and increased exercise.
