Weight Reduction Miracle - Hypnotherapy CDs Plus The South Beach Diet

Following the South Beach program is among the most popular methods of losing weight today. It is built around diet and exercise changes that bring healthy weight loss. By cutting out "bad" fats and carbohydrates and having plenty of "good" ones, dieters can take weight off without sacrificing their health or feeling deprived.

There are three steps in the diet program. During the first phase, dieters don't eat any carbohydrates except for vegetables. Although many foods are banned, dieters still have a wide choice of foods they can eat. The first phase is the toughest phase, but also the quickest since it only takes fourteen days. Dieters can expect to lose approximately ten pounds during this stage.

In the second phase, dieters begin reintroducing the previously restricted carb-rich foods into their meals. Dieters are expected to lose a few pounds each week while steadily increasing the amount of carbohydrates in their diet. The second phase lasts until dieters arrive at their target weight.

The third phase is the maintenance phase. Dieters take the strategies from the second phase to keep their ideal weight throughout the rest of their lives. If dieters begin to gain weight again, they can go back to the first phase of the diet.

It is likely that you've seen pre-prepared South Beach meals and snacks in the grocery store. These items are very handy, but you do not need to buy them in order to be on the diet. You only need to commit to the various general rules for each phase of the plan.

During phase one of the diet, you may consume lean cuts of meat, such as chicken, fish, and turkey, eggs, most vegetables, nuts, and a small amount of dairy. Fruit juices and fruit are avoided during this phase because of their sugar content. Also not allowed are all carbohydrates, fatty cuts of meat, alcoholic beverages, and a few vegetables that are rather high in sugar content, such as beets. The point of this phase is to ban "bad" carbohydrates from your diet and jumpstart the process of losing weight.

During phase two, dieters slowly reintroduce whole grains, fruit, and other formerly prohibited foods into their diet. In the process, dieters discover how to balance their diet strategies to keep a desirable weight. Once this is successfully completed, the diet switches into the maintenance phase, in which dieters attempt to maintain the healthy habits that brought them to their target weight.

The key to success with the South Beach diet program is committing to eating healthy. Although that appears easy, the South Beach diet program and many other diet programs fail because dieters abandon the diet before the plan can achieve results. The difficulties that most men and women have with weight loss often come from deep-rooted issues such as a lack of motivation, a habit of overeating, or an uncontrollable appetite. Fortunately, all of these issues are treatable with techniques that anyone can learn from an excellent hypnosis diet CD program.

To remedy a lack of motivation, a technique from a technology called Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) will induce a powerful desire to stick to your dieting program.

To begin, dieters identify precisely what it is that is most valuable to them, as an individual. This is called their "highly valued criteria." Then, NLP techniques are applied to make the dieters believe that by losing weight, their highly valued criteria will benefit greatly. An alternative is to make the dieter believe that if they do not lose weight, their highly valued criteria will be in jeopardy.

Motivation is created by what we believe, not by logic! So in the above example, let's say that the dieter's most highly valued wish is that the dieter's children are safe and well. Using an NLP technique called Submodalities, we can guide the dieter into believing that if she/he fails to lose weight, the children will be fated to emulating their parent and they will also be overweight and unhappy. This idea will provide a powerful urge and feeling to stick to a diet and lose weight.

Several NLP techniques can help to lessen or even entirely eliminate the impulses and cravings that compel one to overeat. This works very effectively to help dieters stay on the initial and most challenging two weeks of the South Beach diet. Furthermore, helps dieters commit to a physical activity program, which will increase the efficacy of any weight loss plan.

Stress is a problem that often drives people to overeat or neglect their health, but relief can be offered by both hypnosis and NLP practices. One such technique is called the NLP Flash. With the Flash, having your unconscious mind use stressful thoughts as triggers for relaxing thoughts relieves the stress that triggers the impulse to overeat.

Out-of-control appetites can also cause men and women to gain weight. A great number of people have apparently unmanageable appetites because over time, they have unconsciously developed a "conditioned response" to eat under certain circumstances. For example, many of us eat in front of the TV even though we aren't really hungry. Fortunately, hypnosis and NLP both have practices that can rapidly eliminate these conditioned behaviors. These practices create appetite suppression without the use of drugs.

By treating the main problems that keep dieters from shedding weight, NLP and hypnosis has helped countless dieters finally get in the best shape of their lives. Combined with the South Beach weight loss program, dieters can experience natural weight loss and success at achieving their fitness goals.
